Day 2

Breakfast was a Banana and a Grande Coffee
Lunch today was courtesy of Kelley - Crustless Quiche consisting of  zucchini, spinach,  leeks, shallot, onion.   Franks on top.  I put that shit on everything.
It's juice.  Kelley brought in her juicer and made this for snack - lemon, cucumber, carrot, celery, orange, and apple.
Day 2 is so far a success, and I can already feel my stomach adjusting to the healthy portions and food.  To quote my friends Boots, "I like myself more when I eat healthy."  I feel like I'm in a better mood, less tired, and I can already feel it in my clothes - amazing what one night of derby and eating healthy can do.
