Gala Apple and coffee (not pictured, but it was black with 1 splenda) for breakfast.
Butternut Squash Soup and half a Spinach Bolini for lunch.
Woke up this morning HUNGRY.  We worked really hard at practice last night and because of it I think I was more hungry then normal.  I managed to ease my hunger pains with a shit ton on water. :)  Then I had my breakfast when I got to work.

I'm already seeing results on the scale and this is day 3.  I love it when I see results that quickly because then I have the motivation to continue.  Eating right and exercising... quite an easy formula for getting healthy - why did it take me so long to start this again?
